The French Multidisciplinary Research Network on School Food around the World (Resco) was created in 2021 at the request of France's permanent representation in Rome.

The French Gut is an ambitious research project exploring the potential of the gut microbiota, defining what constitutes a healthy microbiota and how it changes in chronic diseases.
