The “Calculette Alimentaire” tool uses the databases of 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗔𝟯 and 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗲, made freely available by Anses, INRAE, and ADEME, to assess the average food consumption of a French individual based on their profile and to calculate the impacts on 14 environmental indicators.
